الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِي
Surah Al-Fatihah. Recite as ruqyah (commonly 3 or 7 times).

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا.
(1x or more)
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the harm and cure (him)...
Dua when you feel pain (hand on the painful area)

بِسْمِ اللهِ.
(ثَلَاثًا)
أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ.
(سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ)
(3x then 7x)
Say 'Bismillah' three times, then: I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and fear (7 times).
